His experience in real estate comes from his first position as a self-employed CS Construction Supervisor with Homeland Group, where he constructed new residential and commercial real estate from 2003 to 2007. From there, he became the Owner and Partner at Springhill Recovery Center for two years. Tim Rassias helped with the twenty-eight day residential substance abuse program on a facility that sits on seventy acres, including clinical services focusing on mental and physical wellbeing. By 2011, Tim Rassias had decided to take his entrepreneurship career to the next level. He started up and developed a new enterprise, Spring Hill Wellness Realty LLC, as it’s Managing Member focusing primarily on contract negotiation.
Arguably his most notable accomplishment was his establishment of Safeway Luxury Transportation in 2007. As the Owner and Managing Partner, he founded Safeway Transportation with Jim Esposito, in order to provide quality and affordable medical and group transportation services. The inspiration for Safeway Transportation came about because both Tim Rassias and Jim Esposito have had parents and grandparents who have lived in elder care facilities and who have been in need of quality transportation services. This is why they are currently operated a substantial fleet of more than forty wheelchair vans, mini buses, and other luxury vehicles.
